The ACC should have been filing against ESPN/Disney, their contract partner,EVERY SINGLE TIME they degraded the Conference on air. What it said on other Networks doesn't matter. What has been saID ON TH
espn/dISNEY CHANELS WAS TO THE keep THE acc IN THEIr PLACE.

Completely agree. The ACC championship game was a side show to the main attraction which was broadcasting propaganda

During the whole contract time, ESPN/Disney has continually degraded their product(ACC) to keep them in place and to tell CFB Recruits it was LESSER Than.


If this was happening on FOX/B1G/CBSNBC ,it'd just be business. It still was,ESPN had a vested interest in keeping the ACC in THEIR place.


The Conference in their job to protect their schools. Time for MASS Lawsuits and a MASS EXODUS.


Always been one of those grow where you planted types, but this is the closest it'll get to be able to BRAK that GOR.

Being tied to the GOR creates a competitive disadvantage for ACC teams. This will win a case and teams will be granted an unrealized exit.
