Really can’t argue with any of it except that I could see Booth pushing McMichael for starting reps 5-6 games into the season. Good problems to have....!

Are we sure Garrett Williams is coming back? I think we have a blue chip punter coming in. And I think Amari will hold the punt return job. Why do you feel like Ngata will make the 2 deep rather than Frank from Florida?

I would make one minor change at WR.
We will likely continue to utilize more and more 4 WR sets than we did prior to this year.
I would leave Higgins at the Boundary WR position with Ross as his backup in 3 WR sets. Kendrick should take over for Renfrow in the slot and Rodgers should stay at the field WR position.
At first it may seems strange not to have Ross as one of the first 3 WR, but I foresee him still being on the field as a starter with less 11 personnel and more 10 personnel.
Having Ross on the field with the other 3 WR's will be even more productive that in 2016 when we were using Leggett split out wide as a de facto WR.
Given the lack of depth at TE (especially if Williams goes into the military and the uncertainty over Galloway's eligibility) we will almost have to use many more 4 WR sets anyway.

I’m 99% aligned but I’m going to make Putnam 2nd team guard in an “or” with Stewart. I’m going to make shaq srarting WILL and skalski mike. Backup mike Chad smith not Venables, backup Sam Jones not Spector.
I hope Williams is back and Galloway is eligible, TE looks pretty grim if we lose those guys for this season. I think Henry pushes and is in at least an “or” situation by end of season, I think Mascoll will be an “or” second team. Those two guys have Ferrell frames and just needed time to fill out and will both be the long rangy DEs we need to compliment the more squaty powerful 6-2 ish Thomas and foster and rudolf. I feel really good about DB LB and DE despite the departures, I have concerns about DT.

Lynn J Dixon - would be your 3rd option; if he doesn't beat out Feaster in camp.
Frank Ladson -- isn't listed. In my opinion he is better than Ngata.
TE Jaelyn Lay 6'6 225 will need a bit more weight on him between now and the start of the season; but I see him contributing early!
Davis Allen is a very interesting guy. Very athletic - @6'5 he played ILB a bit. Projected as a TE; but his versatility is going to be great for the Tigers!

The competition in camp is going to be intense. Iron sharpening Iron!
This is the part so many people miss about what Coach Swinney has done. He recruits kids who are "not going to back down from the challenge"! Even some of the kids who transferred out; did so when it was painfully clear "they were not going to be able to get the snaps they wanted.
Great competition will either bring out the best in a player or they will fold! The kids this staff recruits many were highly recruited; don't get the snaps; and stay and graduate. Always believing they can do it and get better. The culture keeps them the competition makes them better which ultimately makes the team better! Best is the Standard!
