who here has actually worn a jersey with someone else's name on it? Personally I am not a billboard for free advertisement, no logos on my duds. And the players can pay me to wear their name, not the other way around.

I have not, but I have been a fan of many athletes over the years. I doubt any would want to see their name on my old as&.
I have been known to have my photo taken with some thinking it somehow related to me.
My favorite is Arthur Lydiard taking the time at the Boston Marathon in '83.

When I was young, I would wear a jersey at the beach that had written on the back "I'm Him". Never helped with the women but once had to run for my life because 2 gays.

Same. I purposely look for clothes without logos. Have never owned or worn any jersey with someone else’s name or # on it. I also don’t ask for autographs. Clemson gear and comfortable stuff…..that’s it.

a logo on an athletic shoe, and that won't be Nike! And any logo on a shirt I wear better be very small and discrete! I'm not a walking billboard for Tommy Hilfinger or whatever brand may be popular now!! I have said that for 20 plus years...if you want me to walk around displaying your brand, you better pay me!!
