This time, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) plans to enact widespread regulations on every aspect of our internet’s functionality. This FCC ‘Digital Discrimination’ rule will undoubtedly widen the digital divide by stifling future investment in broadband deployments. Not only is it unconstitutional, but it goes against the very core of free market capitalism.
Wait and see the lunacy. Apple will be required to direct equitable shares of marketing $ to trannies, gays, and other mentally effed up people. Digital equity. Thank God the democrats are looking out for all of us. SMH.

This one, as are many, is essentially just a compilation of direct quotes from various folks.
Quotes are facts, and I don't believe FN makes up quotes and publishes them like your side does.

Seems like half the time someone posts a link that you don’t really want to engage with, you make a claim about the source being from an unreliable outlet. I literally copied the text from a post of yours below but replaced “CNN” with “Fox News”.
FWIW, I’m not giving Fox News my email address to read some story on their website. There’s no telling what kind of racist junk mail I’d get inundated with.

I hadn't even heard or looked into this proposed "FCC Digital Discrimination" BS. So I don't know the particulars and like many news articles none of the above really give the needed details.
BUT... In general - when you start hearing the left use the "equity" term - especially as applied in practice to regulations and law - you can all but guarantee it is antithetical to our Constitutional system and is a bad thing for freedom, choice, and liberty.
The left's desire for "equity" always requires the heavy hand of Government to force the outcome that they (the Government central planners) want. Economic realities or other real world facts are of no consideration in the implementation of the Government's determined "equity". The Government power grab and the forcing of a result - even if it totally destroys an industry - is all that matters. "Equity" is simply the kinder/softer word used by Marxists for Government forced outcomes in order to spread and implement their evil cancer.
