Former Tiger wins first PGA Tour event in over a decade

Former Clemson standout Lucas Glover is once again a PGA Tour event winner. Clinching this weekend’s John Deere Classic (Silvis, Illinois) Sunday, Glover ended a-just-over-a-decade drought between PGA wins with a final-round 64 to reach 19-under for the tournament, besting the field by two strokes. More than money though, happy to see a former Tiger finally win a PGA tournament again. Been a bit...

when you card a 63 and a 64 during the tournament, any tournament for that matter you better win because as tough as it is to win on the PGA Tour these days it will just get that much more harder.Congrats to Lucas Glover, sure glad he finally got to taste the thrill of victory again.Bet Larry Penley is loving it right now.

Happy for Lucas, but I wish he would show a little Clemson love

His hat logo is for his family business, a cleaning outfit in Greenville that his father started (or grandfather?) in the 1950s. So he was loyal to family. Great for him!

His outfit was pretty drab...should brighten it up with some orange!

It's been over a decade since there was a PGA Tour event?!?

It doesn't seem like that long to me.
