Testimony from Biden Handlers Administration’s staffers during House of Representatives committee proceeding (pertaining to Joe Biden’s lame duck tenure, when his pardons of Democrat partisan crooks pardoned with the autopen), ended up with ~ same testimony from all of Biden's staffers.
None of them admitted to either ‘doing’ the autopen pardons nor did any of them know which of their staff colleagues had done the autopen pardons on behalf of Joe Biden.
Neither are / were there any records of Joe Biden’s authorization on which his delegation of staffer(s) to deploy the autopen on his behalf.
Chairman of the House committee, James Comer (R-KY) says that, in light of neither his staffers being aware of their colleagues (or of any individual staffer remembering that she / he himself / herself had done one) nor were they/ are there any known autopen paperwork / documentation, that the autopen pardons are illegitimate. Comer said that this will be escalated into a formal suit to invalidate all of Joe Biden’s autopen pardons between elevtion 2024 and Jan.20, 2025.
This ought to be fun.

Biden should have been 25th'd and Harris installed. Instead, we had a shadow presidency.
Biden was not mentally acute enough to be president and it's a travesty that an unnamed group of individuals was essentially in charge.
However, Comer is FOS as far as invalidating the pardons. Biden has said and will say he knew what he was doing re: the pardons and there will be no smoking gun to prove otherwise.
It doesn't matter that I think Biden didn't personally review all the pardons himself and that others probably used the autopen without authorization.
Proving that in a court of law will be essentially impossible.

It is the absence of any documentation or recollections from ANY of Biden’s auto-pen wielding staffers that is the basis of the pending legal action.
Biden, the manifestly cognitively impaired one, suddenly has the memory of an elephant. His bright staffers, on the other hand, have collective amnesia.
I do agree with you in that I do not believe SCOTUS will want to get their robes dirty by digging into this. Just think about all of the indictments of people like Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, Antony Blinken, etc etc etc that would follow if the auto-pen pre-indictment pardons got voided.

Here’s the good news.
If Trump auto-penned those and the pardoned J6’ers who were deemed by SCOTUS to have been illegitimately pardoned, then Trump will redo those pardons and personally sign off on them.
