It’s not trickery..it’s not getting cute.. a direct snap to the running back with line running a counter scheme.. a block was missed and a lb was untouched. Could have happened just the same as 2 handing it off to 8. Some of you want to gripe just to gripe.

Next you will complain about not enough creativity. You are right run plays usually don’t work when the blocks aren’t executed. But neither do pass plays when the qb isn’t protected.
