Not too much conditioner. Orlando humidity will keep the split ends at bay!

Chad messed up not trusting him after first intercept against Gawja, after otherwise he had a really good game. How can you trust yourself when your coach does not trust you? Then to excuse poor offensive showings, thinking Watson would be ready for rest of year, Chad broadcasted publicly that "I only give Chad 20 plays." To be sure, GT was ready for those "plays".

Trust only means so much, all those head games and all that junk only go so far. You have to go out there and just make plays, gain a coach's trust. I think Morris wanted Watson to start from day 1, Stoudt was Dabo's boy. I think Morris kept him on that limit Bc he knew very early what we had to watch all year. Sooner or later you have to go out there and make plays, score points, and stop turning the ball over. Or you get yanked

Morris's boy! However, that really hurt his coaching Stoudt, and to never trust him again after that first intercept against Gawja was really bad psychology! And I think it was the turning pt. in Stoudt's season!

throwing a ball up for grabs and hoping your receiver can make a play on it, doesn't warrant a lot of confidence here. But I will say between 1-10.... ( 2 ) confidence.
But, I realize it is what it is... What can be done to help him in the passing game?
#1-protect the football...I think the staff is driving that message. Don't be afraid to punt, or just throw the ball away.
#2- Get the ball out. You can not sit in the pocket too long and expect to make good throws- west coast offense? Sure. And he's not going out run anyone, so if he needs to make a run or two, make that choice quickly.
#3- Dink and dunk. As bad as all of us would love the long throws, you're probably not going see it. Keep making the 3 and 4 yard passes, and MOVE THE CHAINS.
#4-OL... the guys up front must play out of their mind; And yes, we gotta be able to run the football. If we managed to rush for 200 yds, I like our chances a lot better. So Gallman and company need to step up
#5- kick the ball.....Lakip needs to make all his kicks- points are at a PREMIUM.
and finally,
the defense has played well all year....we need that 1 more time.
If we do this, maybe.....Cole has a prayer.

The Sooners season might not have gone quite as well as planned, but remember this was a team picked by many to be in the college football playoff this year...This could be a heckuva game, hopefully Clemson is ready for a fight to the finish.

I wish Cole nothing but the best in this game. I'd love to see him get redemption in this game!
