inconsistency by DJU with accuracy ("he's missed some wide open targets").

The kid is 11 for 14 with all of 3 incompletions (79%).


The problem with the modern world is that the vast amount of people see with predisposition, and do not think on their own or with relativity to actual fact. Sad.

But the announcer is correct. Completions don’t tell the entire story.
In the first half I can think of 3 completions that were enough off target to prevent the receiver from making a play.
Same for the 4th down play - the first possession of the send half. He completed it but not in a spot for the receiver to get the first down.

3 incompletions DOES in fact reflect accuracy. If it's in the catch radius, that's the first issue. Making a RAC is the next issue.

Could DJU be better? Sure.

You ever go back and watch TL16's first pass of the 2018 Natty against Alabama? Maybe you should.

Umm, San Jose St is NOT, I REPEAT, NOT Alabama. Pretty marked difference in the talent level between the two!

That you keep harping on this. I wish DJ well but he’s gone so let’s move on. BTW he is inconsistent with his accuracy and always has been. If you don’t realize it it’s because you’re predisposed to always thinking you’re right.

Their comments are facts. DJ's stats are good but he isn't.

When Oregon State plays teams that aren't totally undermanned, we'll get a better read on DJ. So far, he looks similar to last year.
