Lewis BBQ in Greenville info request

Friends (yes I actually have a couple) that I went to Jon G’s with are coming down next week so we can go to Lewis BBQ for a comparison.
If we go on Wednesday, what will the crowd be like? Is there a line protocol or just show up like any busy restaurant?
Do you think 11 will be early enough?

What was real crazy were beef ribs $33 a pound and each rib was around 1.5 pounds
Hence no beef rib for me (but they sold out before we left)

but $$$ is ridiculous. More of a special occasion, couple of times a year place for me. If you want good old pulled or chopped pork BBQ, I agree, there are plenty of good places around where you can fill up for $15.00. Last time I went to Lewis, I got brisket and daughter got ribs, one side and drink each - it was $60.00 for lunch.
