Just stuck a beef roast in the oven.

It'll probably last through any visits from kids even through the weekend. I added carrots, cabbage, onion and celery. I'll add the potatoes about 45-60 mins before the beef is done.

We get a lot of people at the house sometimes. We are going camping in 2 weeks, I just get a group site for 35 people. I have 2 pick-up trucks and a trailer that will be full of camping gear.
