on Halloween day. That game against Wake Forest 82-24.

Overall we are 13-7 on games played on Halloween Day.

The last time we lost on Halloween Day was 1998 against NC State 39-46. We finished 3-8 that year in Tommy West final season.

Tommy West was absolutely horrible. Darkest time in Clemson football history in my opinion

Hatfield was 32–13–1. West was 31-28. Granted, Hatfield had the advantage of Coach Ford's players, but the West Era was definitely much worse.

I remember that game. Torry Holt had about 1000 receiving yards and about 100 TDs. He was unstoppable.
