IF Clemson could get invited to join the SEC and start SEC play next season, would you be in favor of joining?

Conferences go a lot farther than just football...

Being in the ACC benefits all our other sports vastly more than than the SEC would. Plus, for footballs sake, I like being the face of the conference with FSU and not having to play second fiddle to Bama, Lsu, Florida...
Also, I take more than athletics into account. I am proud that we are in a strong academic conference with the likes of Duke, UVA, BC, Wake as opposed to joke schools like Auburn, both mississippis, both alabamas, coots....

I would like to see it. Not sure why anyone wouldn't. Facing off with Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida seems more interesting than Virginia, NC State, Georgia Tech and Duke.

It has to be more interesting. They are normally better football teams, with exciting stadiums and atmospheres.

Then we're going to put the SEC out of the playoff by pouncing, Tiger Style, on their best team.

The SEC is a pressure cooker. It's much more difficult to come out of that league unscathed. As long as we have a non-SCAR SEC team regularly on our schedule and beat up on the coots then we are good.
FSU will be good for a while, One or two of the other ACC schools will step up in the next few years.

Would be fun to go annually to TX A&M, LSU, Florida, Tennessee, and of course UGA.

Given the exact parameters of your question, my answer is NO. We are set up for a Championship run next year in the ACC. Each year that passes without an SEC National Champion makes it that much harder for ESECPN to keep the hype train going. Sooner or later, the pollsters will start ranking SEC teams on merit, not on conference affiliation.

It'd be a nightmare for the chickens with our recruiting even getting better. UGA would also take a hit giving Dabo another reason for a kid to come to Clemson. I think on a national level, it would help us stay in the spot light

No. But the ACC definitely needs an

enema.
There is too much going on in the conference now that needs to be cleaned up.
UNC is the most corrupt program in college. Syracuse basketball is having issues. Louisville is dealing with allegations. Notre Dame has some seriously deviant allegations of misconduct. Miami only got out of serious issues because they fought back and the NCAA is spineless.
We should be waaaay better than this, as a conference.
Aside from that, the ACC simply needs new, dynamic, objective leadership. The ACC is a sleeping giant that has a footprint throughout the entire east coast, great academics, some great, storied football programs, the best men's basketball, women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's lacrosse and top-notch baseball. We need leadership and we need to clean up some of the member institutions that are allowing things to get out of hand. New leadership could bridge the TV issues, conclude the Notre Dame "question" and bolster the "brand".
