and STILL didn't win their division. They beat Mizzoo because of a missed field goal. The only team they beat that was worth a crap (and I'm still not sold on UCF) was Clemson who basically had 7 turnovers in a game AT usuck that was tied in the 4th quarter.

its called WINS for a reason.. that's the problem with Clemson these days, they have problems beating teams that actually WIN games...but whatever makes you feel good.
Until different leadership takes hold at Clemson, you will continue to lose the games against the better teams
Again, USC BEAT, (to BEAT means to WIN if you didn't know) 3 teams with 10 or more wins this season.
How many teams did Clemson beat with 8 or more wins? That would be one.

see that's the difference in the present Clemson and the past Clemson... The old Clemson never made excuses like we beat our self.. only losers make excuses as to why they lost, its never the better team won. .
When you have coaches that talk about beating florida St 5 out of ten times the day after you get embarrassed, something is wrong with that leadership.. Until you make changes the excuses will continue,

but it's tough to actually determine. Teams match up differently regarding strengths and weaknesses, home or away, game plans, etc. Too many variables to accurately predict.
Though its always fun to debate.

ones...Had it the other way with Bowden, and truthfully, it's easier to understand why we lose to the good team as opposed to beating Top 10 teams and losing to Duke and WFU...I would hate to think a crap team like UT kept us out of the NCG.
