I am disappointed that there has been no mention of Tiger Band's accomplishment for Homecoming: In addition to the usual group, there will be over 350 Tiger Band alums participating in the halftime show. I was a member in the late 50's and wish I still had enough wind to play. With Phyllis O'dell and Carolyn Creel joining us as coeds, we enjoyed being the first Tiger Band with majorettes! Wow, what a switch for the formerly all-male minitary-style band.
