Seriously

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

I saw the original Allman Brothers Band for the first.......

time in May of 1970 at Furman - they had just released their second album. Man, they were good with the original members - hard to believe that was almost 47 years ago!

at that show, too. You can find a little bit of the Littlejohn show a few months before Duane's death on YouTube. One of the few Blue Sky's played with the original band.....and RIP Butch.

I was at the Littlejohn concert with Duane on bottleneck slide guitar,, Greg on keyboard & vocals, & Jai Johnny Johansen on drums. Dude did a drum solo that lasted a full 15 min & Duane's guitar riffs were truly amazing.

I had an after school job working in the Furman dining hall in '70 and got to see Arlo Guthrie performing 'Alice's Restaurant' while bussing tables and washing dishes. Not the Allman Brothers, but 'free concert' is free!

????
