First game of the season

Anyone else just not as excited this year about the first game? I think we've been spoiled with huge games to start the season recently and now the fist two are push overs.

I'm looking forward to football period! I appreciate the fact we have some smaller competition to work out the kinks. It may not have all the pageantry of an UGA, but our team can always use it.

Well, they way I look at it, every game of the season is like being on the 18th green, final round, down one stroke, or maybe tied for the lead, and you've got a 15 foot put for birdie.... EVERY game. I'm just sayin', App State knocked off Michigan in Ann Arbor a few years ago - to the joy and wonderment of CFB fans everywhere (well, okay, no joy in Michigan, but still a lot of wonderment) - and we can't/better not take these teams lightly. Especially as we're trying to get our own feet under ourselves with our personnel and position assignments. But, yes, I DO look forward to it, just the same. And...

"Fly..., fly me to the moon!"
