It's a 27' Grady White.
2 reasons, I guess. The dollar is worth a lot less than it was even 5 years ago, and someone will pay that for it.
There's no such thing as price gouging for a boat.

That's a new one. The one I looked at a couple weeks ago was a 2023 Model and it had twin Garmin MFDs and a radar.
The one I linked above is prob close to $280k.
