And Florida State needs to be in the Florida state of old so beating the main something… Same with Miami and Virginia tech
I’m also have the mind that once you’ve been a team during the season you want them to win the rest of their games as long as they are not against you so going with the nose in this one.
I love Brent Venables and what he did for Clemson but he’s in Oklahoma man now and I don’t care if they ever win another game

I’m with you Bret. I miss the old fire of the FSU Clemson game. Also ou fans were intolerable when we matched up against them in the playoffs. Still can’t stand the fans, even if I want to pull for BV.
The Deion situation just adds a little more pepper to the gumbo. Not that I want Deion to fail at Colorado, but FSU succeeding in spite of Prime is just going to continue to fuel one of the more interesting #### stories in college football.
Should be a fun game with some great storylines and long term ramifications for college football.

While I'm certainly no conference "RAH RAH" guy, it's long past time for some teams in the conference to step up and start playing big boy football to help shake "the ACC is a terrible football conference" narrative.

The SEC loves to recruit against us by calling out how weak the ACC is. I think it raises our profile when ACC teams can perform well against other high-profile teams and conferences which is why I will always pull for the ACC when playing other conference opponents.
