what beers would they be ?
For me,
Boston College = Samuel Adams Summer Ale (that's the only time they are good)
Clemson = Blue Moon (the sky is the limit + it's my favorite)
Dook = Heinken (not bad, not good)
Florida State = Guiness (guaranteed hangover)
UNC = Coors Light (favorite of the masses)
GT = Yuengling (been around forever)
WF = Stella Artois (way overpriced for what you get)
Y'all can finish the rest.

wheat beers out there, but for a mass-produced beer from a huge brewery (most of which taste like garbage) it's pretty decent.

Pitt = Genesee (somewhat good and relevant in the past)

One man's humble opinion...
Clemson = Julius by TreeHouse (because nothing's better than the original NEIPA)
FSU = Pliny the Elder by Russian River (the pinnacle of craft beer 15-20 years ago)
Louisville = Surly Furious (solid IPA that just can't compete with the big boys)
NC St. = Peoples Porter by Foothills (only enjoyed by "people" in Raleigh, disliked by all others)
Boston College = Sam Adams Boston Lager (because even Boston can't get behind this beer)
Syracuse = Shock Top (because the beer stinks but at least they're trying)
Weak Florist = Hoegaarden (because it's terrible and tastes like flowers)
Miami = ZombieDust by 3Floyds (because this beer has lost the "swagger" it once had)
Ga Tech = PseudoSue (because you never now which Sue will show up... IA or FL)
Va Tech = Tropicalia by Creature Comforts (a solid beer which can sneak up on you at 6.6% abv)
Pitt = Daisy Cutter by Half Acre (middle of the road brew for the common man)
North Carolina = Blue Moon (pretends to be something it's not, a craft beer owned by AB InBev)
Duke = One Claw by Westbrook (high opinion of itself, but really not that great)
Virginia = Yuengling (good beer way way way back when... terrible today)
USuC = Brown Note by Against the Grain (because this team is sure to crap the bed this year too)
Notre Dame = Hopslam by Bells (great beer at first, but falls off fast after a month or two...)
