Cole was lucky he didn't have at least 2 interceptions, courtesy of good plays by the receivers. He did a good job of managing the game and making plays when we needed it most, but we are clearly a more dangerous team with Watson, I don't think anyone can doubt this at this point. I am glad we have a good backup in Cole, it is a luxury many teams don't have, but he has a lot to improve upon. Namely, reading the defense and going through his progressions.

He has 1 TD for the season and that was against SC State. How's that for a stat?
