Peanut butter without Jelly. Lucy without Ricky. Sonny without Cher. Wyatt Earp without Doc. Oreos without cold milk. Too sad.

I watched about 15 minutes of it. Looked like DW4 was running for his life every play.

protection from the offensive line while he realized that Fuller is the only other weapon on offense. And with Nuk gone, Fuller will be the focus of defenses. It’s going to be another rough season.

OP has never tried peanut butter with honey instead of jelly. It's so much better.
I can't argue with your statement about DW without Nuk however.
Houston has a handful of really athletic guys that stand far away from Deshaun instead of actual WRs now.
None of them know what to do without the ball in their hands. Fuller is the closest one and he just runs in straight lines and hopes he's faster than the defender.

Fuller isn't like that at all. He runs all kinds of routes and make catches all over the field. His speed forces CBs to give him space underneath and on slants and comebacks. He is a game-changer when on the field because defenses must account for him.
Fuller has two main problems: Drops too many easy passes (while sometimes catching very difficult ones) and gets injured too often.
Without a legit #1 WR on the other side of the field, Fuller should be less effective this year.
Hopefully BOB gets fired soon.

I watched up until the 4th quarter. DW was running for his life all game and his WRs were not doing him any favors, If they got open they dropped passes that were put right where they had to be. Alot of times they just stopped running and said oh look DW is going to scramble. There were multiple times DW was gesturing to the WRs to run to a spot and then after the play was talking to them because they weren't. If DW had the Chiefs O-line and 4 WRs that are all better than his #1 he would be lighting up the league as well.

What I said about Fuller applied to his previous 4 seasons on the Texans.
I'll give this new OC a couple more games before commenting. So far, so bad!

Nuk and some of our receivers have definitely made some average QB's look great, but Watson was not one of them. He will be fine.
