good for first 30 mins. Last 10 were awful. Didnt play D and couldnt handle the zone when they saw it. They will work it out but they never should have cratered like that

You expected us to waltz through a good team on the road in a tough environment?

We led at the half , and the game was winnable until the last few minutes.

We played well but I think this gave us an idea of what to expect this season.

Not sure I would say Georgetown was a good team - but better than cupcake.

2 winning seasons in the past 10.
People still remember Georgetown of the 20+ years ago.

Why so many are so eager to post stuff like this is beyond me.

Georgetown is a good team and we had them on the road and lost by five. We probably should’ve won that game, and the fact that we didn’t is disappointing. But this team is by no means a finished product. They’ll continue to improve

We have no way of knowing what kind of team Georgetown is yet. The season has barely started.

Beat Maryland on the road, beat UK in an exhibition, etc. what little data there is seems to point to them being pretty good

I know you're hoping Gtown loses the rest of their games so this loss looks even worse.

We catch #### for pointing out issues with football, but everyone delights in tearing down the basketball program, it is accepted and encouraged. Far from average, we have the potential to be a good team come March. Good that Brownell scheduled games like this, it will help us in March.

We looked potentially really good imo. We just melted down with sloppy play and turnovers. I see tons of potential.

GU was an aggressive, good, athletic basketball team, and at their home. And they have guys who can shoot. Tigers held their own after falling behind against experienced guard play.

Tigers played them closer than any other quality opponent they have played thus far, even better than #9 Kentucky.

This was a good test for Brad's new players on the road. It lets the coaches and the team know what they need to focus and work on.

I believe this new Tiger team will get better as the season progresses.

Go Tigers!

Total snap judgment

Didn’t play our best scorers. Was a total Dabo move to play Dillon and not Ace in final time.

Talked all about it yesterday. Brad has definitely gone on to win games in seasons he lost one of these early ones. Especially a road game.
