Do all we can to keep Reed and Bates in the house - That's 13 years combined of working in BV's scheme.

I think you do your best to keep good coaches, period. Having an outstanding mentor to work for is an obvious huge advantage, but working for a lesser coordinator does not make them a lesser coach.

Unless we get a BV clone , then Reed and Bates will bring More of whats worked to the table than the new DC.

Unless you can find a Belicheck who has analyzed every opponents plays for years.
