Offensive pass interference. Both players handchecking before Terrell was thrown to ground. The idiots on here who say wr route was impeded are wrong. Defensive player has right to make play on ball and position himself to make play

Terrell got his hand in offensive player’s face mask, pulled it down and towards him (watch receiver’s head), and then tried to hold his arms out like he didn’t do anything. Ball was in the air when he grabbed it.

Could’ve call Defensive holding before hand. But if they don’t call Defensive holding you can’t call DPI with that shove at the end.
Either it’s Defensive holding and you throw the flag when it happens or OPI with that shove.
NOT DPI way after the play is over!

When and where the flag was thrown should have only been OPI. The flag would/should have been thrown earlier and at the spot of the foul if holding or facemask (I did t see either looked like mutual hand fighting to me) was the call. It was thrown at the contact at the end of the play which was 100% Offensive

The timing for when the flag was thrown is not a primary factor in whether or not a penalty had been committed. Pass blocking holding calls, for instance, are not always thrown at the beginning of a hold. Rather, the flag gets thrown after the ref has had a couple of instants to process what he’d been watching before he decides that a penalty has been committed.
PI calls are often similar. The flag often won’t get thrown if, during the very early part of the hand fighting between DB and WR, the QB throws the ball in another direction.
The ‘flag throw’ doesn’t have to be within some defined interval of time while the play is going on. The flag sometimes gets thrown within the brief moment after the play had ended.
