I'd call Jack and Pep into my office, and say, “Fellows, here are two tickets to Bermuda, take your families, go, and have a good vacation. Your pay checks will be mailed to you.”

Then, I'd call the remaining coaches to my office, and say, “Guys, I want you to turn this season around. We're going to have some fun, from now on we're going to open the gates to the stadium after the first pitch and fans can sit in any empty seat for two bucks a head. We're going to fill the stadium! We're going to be all in! You guys divvy up the responsibilities, if you need some extra help, let me know

Go for it, we'll talk again at the end of the season.

I could agree with that bc these players know what to, but bc they are kids, they will need a leader and not a Ruler. Apparently, and I don't know this as a fact but, as tight as our team plays, its as if Jack leads with an iron fist.
