Attention all Clemson fans

It has been brought to my attention that UGA won't miss a beat on defense and that Bryant and peak are not very capable.
UGA's offense is all world and ours will have to replace huge losses. We are completely overmatched.
Not to mention our d is awful. LSU was being nice when we won and completely disinterested. Our win was a joke.
UGA on the other hand is all powerful and they led in ypp. They beat powerhouses last year like ga southern, Florida Atlantic, gt, Kentucky , ole miss, Tennessee, auburn and some other giant to start the year. Not to mention, they are bringing in 8 or 9 new defensive faces which should make their d twice as good as last year.
Someone please tell Dabo that there is no reason to show up Saturday. This game is over already.
And even if we do win, it's because UGA isn't excited about playing a top ten opponent on the road at Death Valley for college game day because we have a patch on our jersey that says ACC.

same thing. I watched as one guy said how great the Dawg defense was going to be against the run, How would he know he has never watched the guys on the field play together yet. All the starters are gone. These guys have never played a snap on the field together(defense) as a unit. How in the world can they be so confident. I watch our team I try to keep up with every detail and i am not 100% sold on a tiny few things. These guys Talk like UGAY just won a MNC last year and that because we have a patch that states we are from the ACC UGAY will win running away. I think they need to watch LSU and find out about what in shape means. I also have heard that UGAY is just going to keep the ball from us like SCAR. I think our defense will have a lot to say about that also.

Maybe that's why so many UGA members here are cocky. They buy into all that drivel.
I'll take nothing away from them. They are a great, balanced team and it will be a big win for us. But for those dawg fans that believe the OP reiterated sentiments of our fellow house mutts...they're in denial.

That sounds like the typical SEC mentality to me...
I just had a a conversation with a guy on my daily walk who was talking about Spurrier and how South Carolina has the best team they have ever had, and Clemson would finally be able to win at least 6 games (this year) if they played in the SEC.

The best way to prevent that is to become the team that SEC teams can't beat. (and eventually won't schedule)

Yeah -- Dawg fan here but one who posts on messageboards like he would speak to someone in person (the same and respectfully).
No UGA fan I know of or, quite frankly, any UGA messageboard I have frequented characterizes it that way. You've taken objective comments from a few and turned them around.
But hey -- it's game week so I love it!
I've only seen a handful of UGA fans on this site post responses and have of them have been objective. You're always going to find folks on both sides who use this medium to act / say things they wouldn't in person (at least I would hope not).
Looking forward to Saturday night!

I've been watching this board for two weeks and if you're going to group a couple of loudmouths with the rest of the UGA posters (some who had some facts / reasonable statements), then knock yourself out.
This site is a trip. Easily the most entertaining of any college FB site out there...

The only one that seems to have a filter is FriendlyDawg.
ALL of them have said some of those things in some fashion in the past. I'm not going to waste my time doing it but if you still find that hard to believe, UGA fans post history is readily available if you click on their names.

then it's not the contributors. Stalkin_Dawg, DawgU, Dawg_Rising are just 3 (one one recent thread) who had reasonable assertions to make and they didn't flame or perform intentional drive-by posts to cause a reaction.
But hey, I'm not here to defend those guys. Just reflecting on an over-dramatization.

today that Martavis Bryant and Charone Peake were "unknown quantities" (not sure what happened to Adam Humphries) and that UGa's receiving corps was better than Clemson's.
Now, I'll readily concede UGa's RB crew has proven themselves one of the best in the country and certainly should be ranked as better than Clemson's with the graduation of Andre Ellington. Clemson's liable to have a committee at RB until things shake out and the front runners establish themselves. However, suggesting that UGa's receiving corps is better than Sammy Watkins (1st string All American as a true freshman), Martavis Bryant (6-5, 200# w/quite a few receptions and TD's), Charone Peake(6-3, 200# ditto) AND Adam Humphries is simply troll material and has no basis in fact.
As for the defenses, fans of both teams will be watching to see what happens. But make no mistake, if this game winds up being an offensive shootout (which, IMO, is likely), the dawgs will be playing right into the Tigers hands

Most preaching that BS don't remember the CU/ga games from years past....tough and hard fought....didn't matter who you had or where you played.
I expect this game to be no different....freshman or seniors....it's gonna get bloody.
Not sure...I know the pound puppies struggled in their opener last year against buffalo (correct?)....there will be NO room for struggles for either team.
