Scott is already on the hot seat in South Fla. There was rumblings of him being fired last week, he wasn't but hes definitely on a short leash In his current position.
Scott absolutely loves Clemson and he can make close to if not equal to the 2 mill he's making at SF as Clemson OC.

It is definitely something to watch

You are 100% wrong. I live in Tampa. Jeff is not on the hot seat. The AD is an ex ACC conference official who knew how bad the USF program was.,He knew it was a 3-5 year project and wanted it built the Dabo way as he was an admirer of the Clemson program. He will be at USF at least 2 more seasons

Jeff’s work has started to show promise. The Bulls showed a lot of improvement over last year. Future is bright in Tampa.

because last year was so odd with no spring or normal fall practice..not to mention the remote recruiting..no way he gets fired after one normal year

It would be a horrible career move to resign for a head coaching position

to take a coordinator position.

He obviously wants to be a head coach. He doesn’t want to be our OC anymore.
