and Brownell will have the stadium and court named after them if they equal Jack's total. I wish we held our football and basketball programs to the same standard some are trying to hold the baseball program too.

A) I don't see how CWS = Final Four, you'll have to explain this one to me
B) I don't see us naming Death Valley after Dabo if he loses an Orange Bowl every 4 years.

Considering the sport and the mastery involved of getting there, I consider a CWS appearance at least as challenging. I'm ready for us to win it all in Omaha. Who knows.....get hot at the right time....this might be the year. It all, very likely, starts tomorrow night.

riles some people. We have the second most all-time CWS appearances (12) among teams that have failed to win it all.
Of course, first on that list is FSU with 21 appearances without a title. Not sure if the FSU folks are always complaining about Martin, haven't really payed attention.
I'm not at all a baseball expert, but I think Leggett's done a fine job, almost as good as Wilhelm.
