It seems that a lot of IPTAY members didn’t receive tickets they requested for the Championship game. The Ticket office said there was a glitch in the computer system and if you didn’t get a confirmation you were part of the glitch. My question is why didn’t you send out emails to all IPTAY members about this glitch so they could check make sure there requests were received???
I would assume the glitch wasn't detected until now..?..

I had a lesson learned moment with a hotel room booking about 10 years ago and it was then when I started implementing a 5 hour rule regarding electronic bookings/tickets/appointments/charges/etc.....if I didn't receive email confirmation within 5 hours of whatever I was booking/reserving I'd call or email to get one.
IPTAY confirmation came in to me 4 hours after I applied for the tix........so they cut it close.
Technology is a great thing, but it does have it's downfalls.
