Yes, sure do! Can’t remember what year it was but I remember that we missed lots of school days. Lived in Union County then.

Not that clear on exact dates but I do remember having a little of the snow left on the ground on Easter Sunday.

It did hit on a weekday, snowed for two days, and hung around for over a week.

Snowed 14 inches Charlotte Speedway area January 7, 1988. Last child and youngest daughter was born in Charlotte on the sixth. Couldn't get to the hospital again till the 8th since I didn't have a baby sitter for our 2 and 5 year olds.

All of that snow, and it was A LOT for our area, completely shut-down I-85 from Charlotte all the way to Atlanta.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

My mother reminds me every year it was snowing in Anderson on the day I was born (March 21st), and some of the coldest days I remember were on the baseball diamond in March

@Outlaw1081 You were born in 1971? I was at Clemson and it snowed 8 or more inches on Friday, we couldn't leave for Spring Break until Saturday. Walked across campus having snowball fights all along Johnstone from students out on the ledges and ended up at the Red Carpet for the afternoon and evening!

I remember this. We had snowdrifts around 8ft tall. The snow got so hard you could walk on top of it. That was fun!

I remember three straight weeks it snowed. 1965 sounds like the year based on where I was living and memory

Yes. It was in the early-to-mid 70s because I was in high school or junior high.

I was in high school at Daniel during the March snowstorms. I lived on Pendleton Road in Clemson. I believe it was March 1960. It was three Tuesday nights in a row, and we were out-of-school for three days each week. I made some of the best snowmen and people stopped to take pictures of them. It was so much fun, but Dad would put chains on his car and drive to the Clemson Textile building for classes.
