"Chip on our shoulder" stuff but seriously, why so much love for Oklahoma? Why so much doubt about Clemson? Independent of all of the media bias BS, something has almost anyone with an audience, a readership or any other means to push their opinion saying we don't stand a chance. I'll admit, I am biased but objectively as I can be, for Gods sake I don't see how Oklahoma has a better team than we can field. I watched as our season got shorter and our defense seemed to get weaker and that could be cause for some of the concern about us as a team. In the same light, I see our ability to score at will, our team being THE ONLY team with 3 victories against CURRENT top 10 teams and our ranking being at #1 and I am dumbfounded. So, help a fool out, give me your thoughts as to why most believe we don't stand a snowballs chance in he!! to win against the mighty Sooners, this year.

I feel if our last game was the blow out at Miami we'd be getting more love then we do. They blew out OSU so everyone thinks they're world beaters. It won't matter once the whistle blows.

People tend to overvalue blowout wins against name brand competition. I agree, had our defense not worn down and given up some yards and points at the end against UNC we would be favored in this game. One of the issues with many of the so called experts is that they don't truly analyze things. Everything is relative to the competition that you play and I think the 3 big teams that OU played in the Big 12 are over rated. Clemson has wins against 4 FBS teams that will finish the season with at least 10 wins. If we win the Naty, make that 6. Won't be easy, but I like our chances.
