NIL recruitment going on now

The "news" of L. Sellers maybe heading to Miami made me think a little on what's really going on in the NIL underworld. As far as I know, there should not be any shenanigans going on between schools and players from other schools right now. No way that is being honored IMO, but with Clemson losing 3 of their highest rated recruits this cycle, do you think Dabo & Co. are reaching out to guys to portal in next year? I suspect there is some type of war room with a whiteboard to keep track of all the guys that they are tracking as possibilities...maybe even guys who entered last year, didn't get picked up and are still at a lower level school? I just can't imagine an open floodgate of players on a set date in January and everyone being able to control that chaos either.

Here's the problem.. it isn't the school. It isn't

8The ncaa.
The nfl has rules about when agents can talk to agents. The nfl owns the players rights to play football and can dictate terms. The Supreme Court said this is cool.
The money collegiate kids are getting is coming from boosters. The Supreme Court said the schools can not set rules on this or where the athlete goes.
For example. In the nfl addidas can call any player"s agent at anytime and try to pull them away from Nike. This is legal and the Supreme Court said the nfl can not stop it. But addidas is going to pay a few select nfl players to represent their brand. They will base the offer by an actual rate of return they hope to get.
They are not going to pay anyone and everyone they can. And... they are not going to dictate which team that player plays for. The nfl has those rights.
Georgia's booster can easily call any players agent at any time to represent any dang busness entiry they make up. They really don't care if the made up entity makes money or not based off the athlete. Their sole purpose is to get the player to go to Georgia. The Supreme Court said this is perfectly acceptable.
Some schools will act with ethics and follow the rules.. we all know Georgia is not one of them.

I think this should be used to target players from schools such as Montana for example. We should have looking at rosters of teams like this to see if there are anyone to target. We have got to get in the game if we are going to compete.

an NCAA Level III rules violation (unless a player has entered the transfer portal), and the NCAA doesn't do jack squat about it

Except this is like going 100 in a 65, and still getting ignored. It's a MAJOR violation that is not being enforced.

A school calling another schools athlete or agent is tampering

Boosters talking to agents is not regulated.
Kirby can say at anytime that he, nor anyone in the athletic department ever called anyone.
Whatever conversation a Georgia booster had with any agent was done outside the school's athletics department.

It could be if we just have the athletes sign contracts.
