His last. He sees his way is not going to work and he does not like the money factor involved now. I don’t see him staying around more than 1 more year. And I really don’t see how next year could be any better.

Yeah…he has a real problem with the money factor at 11 mil a year and a 60 mil buyout. Quite hypocritical of him to have such a problem with the money factor when it comes to players but he has no issue accepting his overinflated salary for such meager performance.
