We were playing one of the most talented teams in the country. If this was NC State I would be concerned. Is it a tough loss and do we need to fix some things? Absolutely, we should have won the game. Our issues are where we thought they would be.. a young but talented Offense and a kicking game that lost one of the best players that we have had at that position. This offense needs time. The play calling will improve as the season progresses and Deshaun learns more. He is a tremendous talent and there are many other outstanding young players on this offense. The offense will come together and when it does Clemson will win championships. We have the next few games at home to help the offense get better and it will. Everybody needs to keep in mind that we played FSU and Georgia on the road. That is difficult even with a veteran Offense. I was impressed with the O-line play. That was my biggest concern going in to that game. I am more excited about this team now than before the FSU game. I am on record that Clemson will be 10-2 at the end of this season. Obviously, that means we will be the #####. Go Tigers!

But the reason it's difficult to digest is that we had the game in our hands...but killed ourselves with our own mistakes.
