Ulysses S Grant
Highly rated because of his status as a war hero so the scandals that occurred while in office are mostly overlooked. Lots of good fodder there because it was mainly Grant's loyalty to friends that caused the issues and not so much criminal doing on his part.
You'll probably get bonus points because I doubt anyone else will pick him.

It's not correct without the "I" at the beginning of the sentence. Also, "class" should not be capitalized.
