Completely undermines all his talk about "hiring from within" and "building from within." What message does that send to the team that he gave DJU more chances than Streeter, then went back on his word. Look, I'm under no illusions that Streeter underperformed, but not giving him a chance to mold the clay with Cade? Unbelievable.

Promoting from within was a failed experiment.

Dabo could go on living with that mistake (which is a further mistake), or he can say, "I was wrong," let someone go, and we get back to an offense that's near the top nationally.

You can't seriously be advocating for another year like the last two.
