I just stepped outside to get my kayak out of the building

go out garage, look to my right and there is a big buck about 100yards down the trail.
I go back in garage, grab camo jacket, gun, and slip on boots. I walked down a trail 40 yards in front of my house that is at the end of my deer hunting lane.
30 seconds pass and a spike pops out at 40 yards. He starts getting finicky, then a 8 pt pops out at 30 yards (not a big 8 and not the bigun I seen 3 mins prior). Then I hears something to my left, another spike is walking up and only 10 yards away. They all step into the lane and I got a spike at 10 yards, a 8 pt at 30 yards and another spike at 40 yards all while I'm standing in shorts with my gun propped up on a pine. The big one didn't join them 
They tryna get busy right now...

the last buck stepped out of the lane. I'm pretty sure these were two of them (left and right)...It might have been the big one I first spotted...not sure

yesterday AM I was walking out of my house to go to work, and as I opened the front door, there was a buck within 5 feet of me standing on the front stoop. Startled me -- and him.
He shot out of there before I could do anything but watch him go.
