He’d be a fantastic RB or WR coach but he’d get a job somewhere as OC or as AHC at a smaller school.

of New Jersey. Big 10 schools mostly raid New Jersey. Babers just hasn’t been able to open up any recruiting lines. Syracuse has had good teams in the past, but they have never been able to get it back going after the end of the Paul Pasqualoni era. They need someone who can recruit, they have had good offensive play calling throughout Babers but they haven’t brought in enough talent to sustain it for a whole season.
