I hate to agree with Harbaugh because I really don't

care for the guy. But I watched their game with OSU. And it looked pretty clear to me that the Buckeyes came up short on that 4th down play. The game would have been over at that point.
I think I am pretty impartial since I dislike both those teams and didn't care who won. I think bad calls by the officials should be considered. Especially, if that call continues a game that should have been over. And now that team is supposedly passing the eye test and has punched their ticket.

What angle did you see that nobody else has seen that makes it pretty clear he came up short?

I think the ball was short of the line to gain as well, but

the play was ruled a first down on the field and there simply wasn't sufficient video evidence to overturn the call.

Did they say the ruling on the field is CONFIRMED? If not...

then it means there's not enough there to overturn the ruling but if it had been ruled short, that decision would have stood as well. Go Tigers!!

It's too bad Officials don't have to pass an eye test.

Dont throw a pick 6 or fumble at the OSU 1 so the outcome of the game isnt potentially left in the hands of the officials.

We shouldn't have allowed that game to be in position where the officiating could affect the outcome.

Harbaugh is still bitching about the refs and Dabo has yet to mention the poor calls in the Pitt game!
One of these guys is a class act and the other ..... isn't!
I strongly dislike harbaugh and urban ain't my favorite either!
GO TIGERS

We have the one who is all about class. Michigan's coach can't spell the word.

in the game should also be considered.
It should never have come down to that one play/call.

This! But then JH would have to accept the blame and he'd not have an excuse.

After watching it a few times

looking at the other player he is leaning against I actually think that he did get the first down. That being said, and this is completely wrong from an officiating standpoint, I think you should give the benefit to the defense on a stand like that when you are somewhat subjective in your spot as a ref and it is very close to the line to gain. Similar to my belief that a pitcher should get a called third strike when the batter just watches it go by and it is somewhere near the strike zone. (those beliefs are also why I am not a ref or ump)

And so what angle are you referring to

that made this so "clear"? B/c no one else had it, not the cameras. So I don't get why you think it's so clear, and Harbaugh didn't have near that view from his long-off vantage.
