at Indiana will remain at Indiana. 😁
A reasonable person could decide that coaching at Indiana is better for their life, and their family’s life, and even their short- and long-term success, than coaching at Penn State.

Yes, as far as possible and as soon as possible. Embracing victimhood is an unworthy endeavor as it impedes the ability of true victims to move forward and encourages the weak willed to claim it even though false.

You are morally bankrupt and if this happened to Clemson I'd feel even stronger that we should shut it down.
Why do you think Penn State gets such good rankings and publicity. They / espn et al are still trying to cover it up because the victims are still alive. Its just a ruse to fool fools. Like you.

Where's the morality of your assertion? Should Penn St just shut down because a few bad actors acted badly? Is it currently a cutrently and demonstrably systemic problem? If it is, I'm not aware.
What Sandusky did was terrible. He deserves to be in prison. I'm really not certain whst Paterno did and didn't do, but hes dead. Sandusky got sued, I seem to recall the University was sued. Paternos estate was sued too I think. So what's left? Erect a monument to the victims? Close the athletic department as a monument? Close the school?
Some of yall are just silly.

It's also quite a boring campus, in a boring town, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. That's yet another, if minor, reason for any prospective coach to stay away.

My daughter had 4 great years there and loved it. If you have a positive attitude, you make it work and enjoy the experience. They have one of the largest alumni in the country so a lot of folks must have also enjoyed their experience.

I'm glad to hear it, and I should qualify that my one visit there was during the offseason, just passing through town.
And having never been to Bloomington IN it was kind of dumb of me to effectively compare the two places at all.
No doubts about the school or its alumni, that was just my brief impression about the campus and town
I know several people who are fiercely loyal alums.

So I have heard! I also hear it has a very reasonable cost of living. And it is within a reasonable drive of a LOT of places. I do hope to visit one day.

Former Clemson Undergrad and PSU Grad student here… Campuses are very similar:
- Agriculture/ Engineering Schools
- The town wouldn’t exist without the school
- 2 hours from major cities
- Both big football schools
If anything PSU is bigger and has more to do, but ultimately they’re very similar.
