doesnt even have to be early, three days in advance is pretty standard for the USPS, i try to give my bills 8-10 days

Excellent disenfranchisement play.
Funny how the republican plan is to have as few people as possible voting and then if they still lose, say it was sabotaged by the opposite party doing the sabotaging.

3 days has been the standard for the post office for maybe 50 years
best is to vote in person, or you can take your ballot to the county office
the only problem that you might run into is if you somehow came up with 100 ballots that you mailed at once , creating a paper trail
