except that I enjoyed the day especially meeting fellow TNetters at their tailgate and trying MyFav’s bacon wrapped dove breasts.

Started day by adding venison to my freezer with muzzleloader.

Not a bad day at all ..... game ended a little scary though.

Added positive- another post offering solutions to football woes moves on down.

My favorite appetizers on my pellet grill - bacon wrapped maraschino cherries and and bacon wrapped dried pineapple. You soak them in rum (or moonshine) and maple syrup for at least 24 hours before wrapping them in thin sliced bacon.

Sounds strange, but I had the cherries at the Jack BBQ fest in Lynchburg, TN and the pineapple at the Big Green Eggtober Fest at Stone Mountain.

Now every time my family gets together they want these.

Never tried dove....sounds great. ??

Glad to finally meet you! Stop by any time! Beer and food will always be available, but can’t promise something as exotic as MyFavO’s awesome bacon-wrapped dove breasts!

Incidentally, they were the first that I have had without pellets! Thanks for the head shots, MyFavO!
