Exempted 'groups' from COVID-19 vaccines ... hmm wonder why

EXEMPTIONS from COVID-19 vaccine mandates: US Congress and staff US Senate and staff Judicial branch WH staff CDC FDA NIAID US Postal Service Pfizer employees Moderna employees
Wonder why these 'in the know' groups had been exempt from the get-go about being coerced into taking the Covid-19 vaccines?
Don't just read the narratives, look at the behavior.
Kind of like insider trading of stocks ... you can learn about the prospects of a publicly held company by watching the buy / sell activity of their own stock. Of course, the press releases which quote from company executives always speak of the glowing future of their company.
Pay attention to the actions, not just the easy to follow narratives.

1. Which mandate are they being exempted from?

2. Where is it documented that they are exempt? Do you have a link to the text of the mandate, or something?

I don't think the President has the power

to force the other branches of government to do anything. I don't think they're "exempt". In fact, one of the links you posted here explains that.
There is no mandate for the legislative branch or the judicial branch. It's not that there's a mandate they are "exempt" from.
I don't see any evidence from the links you posted that the CDC, FDA, or NAIAD are exempt. They fall under the President's order for the executive branch. Those vaccine manufacturers, I believe, have their own vaccine mandates as private companies, but there is no government mandate for them.

Re: Don't think President has power: S/B "not mandated to"

Good job pointing out the nuances of "exemption from" as being different from "won't be mandated to take" the Covid-19 vaccine.
Words matter. The correctly worded post would have been "Look who hasn't been mandated to take the COVID vaccines." Truly, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I need to do better.
The hypocrisy of Senate / House / Judiciary / Post Office not being mandated to take those very same vaccines which the Fed. Gov't had attempted to force on so many other entities speaks for itself.
Other entities (including the WHO, NIF, CDC, FDA, NAIAD, Pfizer, J&J, & Moderna) waited a long time before complying with the WH's mandate, but did go along after being pressured by the Fed. Gov't to do so. (Why they had to be pressured, instead of having their own well-educated employees jump at the opportunity to take the vax all on their own, is a different topic for a different post.)
Again, also good work by you as a fact checker.
Had I limited my post to Senate / House / Judiciary / Post Office were not mandated to take the vaccine, then the Subject: line of the post would have been correct.
