A lifelong fan. Love the sandwich, sweet tea and waffle fries. Spend a lot of money there. The other day I got an ice cold, non-cooked sandwich through the drive through. I went in and complained to the manager - pointing out this was not up to the standard. He told me his managerial team was the best he’s ever had. He yelled at me, questioned how dare I complain about that, kicked me out, and called me a 1.5%er.

Did you tell him the line cook lead needs to be replaced from the one over at Wendy's because look at how warm their food came out last year?
Did you tell him you know what good waffle fry crispiness looks like and this ain't it? Then proceed to tell him to hire a new kitchen lead?
