Klubnick once again out did Ewers.
Tigers never gave in or gave up.
I have done a thousand footraces. I am always happy after if I know I did the best I could on that day. I lack talent and have to watch as those with it run off and leave me. Later in the race hope to get near enough to them to challenge.
I am proud of the TIGERS, proud to be a fan of CLEMSON.

Completely agree. Backed into the playoffs to begin with, ACC went 2 & Q.
That said, I don’t know why anybody would want to leave this league. Clemson is the most solid program right now with a chance to get into the expanded playoff every year.

No they aren’t. I’ve gotten many texts saying we were the better team from coots tonight saying IF we had a real D coordinator we would have blown Texas out. I don’t disagree. Wes Goodwin list that game

I bet auto bids stay but the seeding will change. The ACC, BIG12, group of 5 conferences do provide a viewership boost over the SEC/BIG invitational.
But if the system is completely blown up and doesn’t resemble its current state in a few years I bet it looks very similar to the NFL playoff format.

Tbis is a ridiculous orange colored sunglasses outlook viod of any critical analysis. Yes, i think Cade played well and yes,we didn't give up. This game however showed we didn't deserve to be in the playoffs. Our defensive coordinator proved again to be a poor hire. We only beat 2 teams that were average or better all year. Those victories required last minute miracles/heroics. Our record is inflated by playing a weak schedule in a weak conference. 10 wins in the ACC is an empty accomplishment. It stinks, but it's true. I love my school, but lets face it. We aren't an elite program as it currently stands.

Elite? Did you see that defense? Did you watch them against teams like Citadel and Louisville? Texas just proved what we've seen all year. This team is far from elite. We had a losing record against average or better teams this year. We lost to UGA, SC, Louisville, and Texas. 4 losses is not elite. Like it or not, when we played teams that were on the same level as us this year we lost more times than we won. That does not make us elite. Texas exposed what we knew to be true all year...and no, I'm not a coot. The truth just sucks.

I too hurt, all Tiger players and Tiger fans hurt tonight.
A very good Tiger team showed up, played their hearts out and came up short.
This is not the best team of all time, but near the top.
You don't give credit to other teams. Winning a game is hard, we win most times.
Elite is a term that means what to you?
Winning 10 games in the age of NIL and Portal is an accomplishment. Winning the ACC is good.
We are not as good as Georgia or Texas this year, boo hoo. Tigers are not done, if all you want is "winning" pick a new team each year as elite level is always in flux.

Disagree. Yes we backed into the playoff but tonight showed we can play with anyone. Texas at home is a tough out and without a few mistakes this game could have been won. However....Wes needs to go. I've wanted him to do well but he doesn't have the instinct. He has very little feel for the game.... venebles was all feel. We are closer than people think.

No doubt. I know exactly what you mean. I’ve out done many half my age. Won many races in my age group and beat a lot half my age. It’s always the same; how are you so persistent?! It’s about setting that pace and keeping it consistent over raw speed. Speed fades just as 02 does. Longevity and brains always beats brawn.

It was not a moral victory, we lost. Saying the Tigers played well against a better team on their home field is not a parade.
I think you go too far trying to put Tigers down for some reason.
This is a good season, not what we wanted, but only undefeated is that.
