Well, the docs have been quickly turned over and a special prosecutor has been named. He isn't claiming he can declassify things for his own personal use or that he can pardon himself. It looks like pretty full cooperation. He seems to be doing what one should do in the situation. Can you imagine how Trump would act if the Justice Department had named a special prosecutor to look into his own behavior?
