New to Tiger net but a life long tiger fan

Today we said our final Goodbye to celtic_tiger® a man I've known since I was a sophomore in high school he watched me grow into the man I am today at 26 years old had alot of great memories with him tailgating in STI while I was at the service listening to fireball freeman speak I realized I had never gotten around to join tiger net so I did so when I got home celtic_tiger® you were an awesome friend and a great role model for me I thank you for all the laughs and fun times at games love you my man and to those of you on tiger net I look forward to getting to know you and talk Clemson everything with you guys for years to come just like celtic_tiger® has

Sicilian Gravy
2 lb. of ground beef
1 pound of sweet Italian sausage hot or sweet
3 jars of Rao’s Homemade Tomato and Basil Sauce
Brown ground beef and sausage meat in large dutch oven (6 quart)
Add tomatoes
Chop up/dice –
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Kalamato olives ½ jar with a little of the “juice”
1 red onion
1 baby or ½ regular eggplant
Change out veggies to your taste
Saute (in some oil) until tender add oregano and garlic then add to meat and sauce
Simmer all day

I made juan batch but it was like a 5 gallon bucket’s worth. Ate y froze. Still workin off it. Tids delish.
