So here's the good:
Strong arm - looks like he can throw about 55 yards and may have even more distance.
He's accurate with the long ball.
Accurate over the middle.
In summary - his vertical game is great.
Great footwork keeps his head up even when he's under pressure.
He's a good athlete and the game just looks to be very 'slow' for him.
Can put his head down and get the first down when he needs to.
Sounds like he comes from a good family and makes deliberate decisions.
But - I've never seen him throw a bubble screen and he has to have that throw to play quarterback at Clemson.
So for me, the jury is still out.

Bubble screen while it may not be a home run very often it wears out defenses and makes them play the entire field.

He can definitely throw a football further than 55 yards. I can do that and I'm 53.

But you are right, 55 is not that far. He can probably sling it 65-75 pretty easily.

We joke about that, but it does mean he should get less passes knocked down at the line of scrimmage.
