Adam Humphries seemed so open during FSU game but no touches

when it seemed possible Tajh could have used him more when pressed for an open receiver. I hope Adam will be used more today when possible.
What say you?

i think what happened, is what we've seen happen a few times before: Tajh gets rattled, he knows he's playing a stout defense, he locks in on Nuk or Sammy and forces throws. I think he was dropping back or rolling with Sammy in mind about 80 percent of the time instead of looking downfield for open WR's.

Boyd only seemed to take advantage of it in the Syracuse game. But you are correct, Adam was open often in the FSU game and it was noticed by many. And it wasn't always about the pressure. TB locks in on only one receiver far too often.

He was open many times on the skinny post or slant. Basically went uncovered. TB was seemed to be set to throw it deep and burn the Noles. Didn't work out so well for us. Regroup. Refocus. And WIN!

Sammy had to signal Tajh on one of Humphries' TD's

in the Syracuse game. He was pointing to get Tajh to see that Adam was wide open 20 yards further downfield, and even then Boyd delayed a bit before heaving the TD toss.

He did have a bad game, but so did a lot of other players.

Seckinger's screw-ups just happened to be very obvious. All-in-all, I think Seckinger has had a pretty good year, especially for a redshirt freshman.

useless player?? How soon we forget that he made TD that enabled Tigers to beat the Dawgs...very noble of you to put him under the bus because he had a bad day. I am sure he hates it worse than you do...

to be singled out & categorized as being useless...other players were not stepping up as well during the game. They are college football players...not pros.
